21, want to be healthy, don't want to feel blah anymore. I follow back :)I burned 628 calories today! I jogged/walked 3 miles in an hour today! I felt so great afterwards :D
This week, I walked 6 miles with my friend Ana. I’m starting to feel better. Little by little, it’s happening. Next week we are going Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I want to start jogging.

I can now fit into those pants that wouldn’t fit two weeks ago.
I hit rock bottom after my grandfather was getting sicker. I was an emotional eater and didn’t care what I put into my mouth (that’s what she said) and gained TWENTY POUNDS. But I’m getting back on track and the goal is to be 145 or less.
I will do this. :)
I’m beginning to feel a little improvement. My ‘love handles’ are shrinking.
I took a nice little walk today. I’m going walking with Ana next week (hopefully) :)
